Please read carefully. At time of checkout you will be asked to agree to the following terms and conditions before purchase can be made. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION INCLUDED.

By proceeding with my purchase I understand and agree with the following terms and conditions:

1. (I)The user assumes all risks upon purchasing/accepting any chemicals,kits or items from the Formulary. If for any reason you do not wish to assume all risks, return the UNOPENED chemicals within 30 days for a full refund.

2. All chemicals are hazardous and
MUST be kept away from children.

3. All of our chemicals are offered for laboratory
use only. They are not for drug, household
or other uses. This means they:
-may NOT be used as drugs
-may NOT be used as cosmetics
-may NOT be used as food additives
-may NOT be used as household additives
-may NOT be used as agricultural, horticultural or pesticidal products.
Since we cannot be certain of your application of our chemicals, we offer no warranties regarding use, handling of the products, or handling
of the container itself, and will not be responsible for any loss involving their use.

SHIPPING

PHOTOGRAPHERS' FORMULARY IS LOCATED IN A REMOTE AREA IN MONTANA AND DOES NOT OFFER NEXT DAY SHIPPING. ALL EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS ARE FROM TIME OF ORDER PROCESSING NOT TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT. On UPS expedited shipping add 1 day to any method chosen. Examples: 3 Day Air is actually 4 days, 2nd Day Air is actually 3 days.---> Please note any orders placed on Friday after 10:00am MST will not be processed until the following Monday.

4. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii: Regulations prohibit the shipment of many hazards to the above states.

5. Shipments outside the continental United States and international shipments:
We do not ship hazards via USPS.
Regulations prohibit the shipment of hazards and some chemicals outside the U.S.

International shipments: Buyer will be responsible for any customs, import, and VAT fees imposed by their respective country.

6. Hazards shipped within the continental US must be shipped via UPS Ground. If this method is not chosen at time of checkout shipping will be recalculated as UPS Ground and purchaser will be charged for any extra shipping charges.

7. Some of our chemicals require a DEA Authorized Buyer Form, which can be found on our website. This form must be completed and processed before said chemical purchases can be processed and shipped.

8.RETURNS:
