I prepare small batches of C-41 and RA-4. The concentrates have a very limited shelf life once the original bottles are opened. Transferring them to smaller amber glass bottles reduces oxidation, and the shelf life is greatly extended. I "top off" the concentrates with CO2 from a homemade gas generator.
